Do you offer wigging services?Yes, we have partnered with professional braiders to be able to offer this service. Kindly reach out separately, if interested.

Can we re-use the extensions?Our extensions mimic human hair, so yes, you may re-use your extensions, if well managed and carefully taken down the previous time.

Will the hair extensions damage my own hair?No, braids are not supposed to damage your own natural hair, if well installed. However, we have formulated a couple of haircare products to help maintain your hair health while you have your braids on. They are the Growth Activator Serum (GAS), Crème n’ Shine Conditioner, Wet n’ Shine Conditioner, and the Edge Stick 3-in-1.

Can I use the haircare products on my natural hair, too?Yes, you may. Our conditioners and edge stick were created with your natural hair in mind. All our ingredients and actives are safe on skin. The Growth Activator Serum (GAS) was formulated specifically for your natural hair.

6. Can you recommend your braiders to customers?We do not mind. Kindly reach out for this.

Can I wash or swim with my extensions?Yes, you may wash or swim with your braids. See the Extensions Care page to know what to do once you’re out of water.

How long can I keep my braids for?We’ll advise a maximum of 8 weeks as an ideal timeframe to have your braids on for.
